Year 8 & 9 move to remote learning for the rest of this week

The number of teaching staff unavailable to work in school this week has increased to the point where we are unable to supervise all students in school for the next three days. This is mostly due to the requirement on some staff to self-isolate and should not, therefore, extend beyond the half term break (including a number of our staff have been identified as close contacts of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 outside of our school community).

Important Update

We have been advised by Public Health England that there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 in Year 7. The student concerned has not been in school this week. We have taken advice and our local Walsall Public Health team have been able to identify the specific students who need to self-isolate and they have been informed. – Click above to read more.
