On the 28th of September, we had the privilege of welcoming the staff from Into University back to Aldridge School to work with both our Year 7 and Year 9 students. In the morning they revisited the Year 9s that they worked with in the last academic year to discuss options that they will choose at the end of the year and openly discussed how this can impact their futures in education and how they can adapt their choices later in life, whether being in education or their working life. In the afternoon, the Year 7s got their first glimpse of some of the guests we bring into Aldridge School and it was all focused on assisting them in this milestone and life-changing experience of joining secondary school! All of the students engaged with passion and an eagerness to learn, it was a pleasure to witness! Each time we see Suwaida and her team at Into University arrive at Aldridge School, they offer an amazing and broad program for all of the students involved! We can’t wait to see you again soon as we have another 6 events with them this year alone.
