Contract/Hours: Permanent, Term Time plus 5 statutory training days

Salary Type: Support Staff

Salary Details: Grade 9-17 (20,344 – £23,836 pro rata per annum)
Actual salary for this role £17,142 – £20,085 per annum

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week

Weeks Per Year: 39 (term time plus 5 training days)

Job/ Person Summary

The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, active, enthusiastic and highly motivated Early Help/LAC Coordinator to join their Safeguarding team.

The position involves taking a leading role in supporting our Looked after Children, and coordinating our Early Help Offer. It would entail leading on the completion and implementation of Personal Education Plans, monitoring progress and offering support strategies where required, the completion and maintenance of Early Help Plans, assessing the needs of vulnerable students and offering the best support possible via multi agency working. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective record keeping, and an ability to offer the right help at the right time.
