We’re advancing the future of energy. Where could it take you?
Today’s growing world demands more energy – but in new ways with fewer emissions. To meet this challenge, we’re evolving every part of our operations, all while welcoming new, diverse talent to keep pushing our ideas forward. It’s only by bringing together the brightest people in one, world-class team, that we’ll succeed. And when joining one of our apprenticeship programmes, you’ll have a part to play too. |
Apprenticeship programmes at BP
You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds – formal learning and on-the-job experience. One of our apprenticeships will give you the perfect foundation to your career and prepare you for opportunities that could even take you around the world.
You’ll be given full support throughout your apprenticeship. The BP HR early careers team will be on hand, and you’ll be guided at every step by an experienced mentor. At the end of the scheme you’ll have gained a nationally-recognised qualification, perhaps even a degree.
We have apprenticeship opportunities in many areas. Choose an opportunity in HR, Supply and Trading, Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, Global Business Services, Procurement & Supply Chain or Petro Chemicals.
You could also opt for our School Leaver Programme in Supply and Trading where a formal apprenticeship is optional. |
Who are we looking for?
We believe in hiring people with the right core competencies and interest, rather than specific experience. Most importantly, you’ll need a real passion to work in a global business, and a drive to succeed. To be successful, you must be committed, motivated, keen to work on your own initiative and able to work co-operatively as part of a team.
