At BP our business is diverse, and so are the types of people we employ. From engineers and geologists out in the field, to IT professionals, research scientists and financial traders, we’re committed to attracting and retaining the very best talent, like your school leavers.
School leaver and degree apprenticeship programmes
Your students could find a place on one of our structured programmes. If they choose the data analysis apprenticeship, then they’ll have the chance to use data to provide business insight. While our HR degree apprenticeship would see them study for a Business Management degree and apply what they’ve learned in a series of roles at the heart of our global organisation.
There will be full support, regular feedback and exciting career opportunities to look forward to when the programme is complete.
Who can apply?
To apply for the data analysis apprenticeship, applicants will need BCC at A Level or equivalent (104 UCAS points) plus 5 GCSEs A-C including English and Maths, and strong skills in English.
