Combined with a college tour, we can offer interactive sessions whereby students can have-a-go at activities and learn a range of skills within different industries that suits their career aspirations.

Higher Education- The gateway to a degree

Your students can find out about studying university level courses in our dedicated Higher Education Centre at lower costs, choosing the college as an affordable alternative to University.
What is an Apprenticeship?
Audience: Years 10-13
When: Available throughout the year
Students can find out how they can earn while they learn through Apprenticeship opportunities. Creating awareness of what an Apprenticeship is, how they work and how to secure a great opportunity to kick-start their career (presentation times can vary and interactive workshops can be included).
Wolvcoll on tour!
When: Available throughout the year
Audience: Years 9-11
We can offer a morning or afternoon session at your school delivering hands-on activities in the subject areas students require. This can be combined with a presentation providing students with information on college courses, apprenticeships and higher education on a rotational basis.
The Skills & Apprenticeship Show
When: Thursday 4 April 2019
Audience: Years 9-13
All under one roof at Wolverhampton Racecourse, The Skills & Apprenticeship Show brings together employers, training providers and universities to provide young people with careers advice and guidance. Through interactive activities students can discover what they are good at and what they enjoy, helping shape their future career aspirations.
