Knowledge and experience of Special Educational Needs is essential. You will be required to promote the independence of the child and to use initiative and creativity in adapting and delivering tasks and activities that are appropriate for the child’s level of learning. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to prepare for and deliver aspects of a range of lessons.
