Year 10 students shadowing the Young Adult Book Prize visited the Hay Festival to meet the authors of the nominated books, and to observe the Prize Award Ceremony.

Along with other pupils from across the MAT, the students were delighted when their own personal favourite was revealed as the winner: Will Hill won The Bookseller’s YA Book Prize 2018 for his novel, After the Fire.
