Aldridge School20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year SCP 14 Pro Rata (actual salary £7,509 pa)
(Contract for 12 months in the first instance)
You will be required to support pupils with a variety of needs. This may involve working with less able pupils or those who need help to reach their potential at a higher level. Enthusiasm, commitment to raising pupil achievement and the ability to work as a team are essential. An interest in literacy, numeracy and/or SEND are desirable. A GCSE qualification in English/Mathematics would be an advantage as would a teaching assistant qualification.
